🏆 WRL Four Tournament Tiers

🟢 LEVEL 1: WRL Circuit Leagues / Submission-Based Qualifiers Regular, foundational circuit events hosted locally by regional franchise partners (modeled after the Coffee Boom Boom Boom regular season framework). Operating on an “Online Registration & Sample Submission” mechanism, competitors are not required to travel to a physical venue, significantly lowering the barriers to entry for technical skill-sharing.
🔵 LEVEL 2: WRL Regional Sanctioned / Co-Organized Events Any physical, live tournament that aligns with the core WRL technical spirit, allowing the host to log competitor profiles with WRL Headquarters and calculate international ranking points.
🟡 LEVEL 3: WRL International Open Cross-border golden ranking battles. Tournament information must be fully transparent and publicly available, and at least 50% of the registration capacity must be reserved for international competitors to actively encourage elite global competition.
🔴 LEVEL 4: WRL Grand Slam World Finals The ultimate annual global stage. Regional hosts have full autonomy to design their selection format, ultimately advancing the top three (3) regional representatives to compete at the WRL Grand Slam World Finals.

To maintain optimal tournament order and safeguard partner interests, WRL will maintain exclusive regional licensing rights, designating one single sanctioned organization per country/region for selected territories this year.

🔴 LEVEL 4：WRL 世界大滿貫總決賽每年一度的全球終極殿堂。各賽區主辦方可自由決定選拔規則，最終選出前三名代表該地區晉級 WRL Finals 世界總決賽。
