World Roasting League（WRL），中文名常寫作 「世界烘豆聯盟」 或 世界烘豆大賽，是由 Coffee Boom Boom Boom 團隊主辦的全球性咖啡烘焙競技聯盟。此聯盟旨在推動烘豆文化交流、提升烘豆師專業水準，並形塑一套國際性、標準化的評鑑體系。全球各地選手可透過地區預選賽累積積分，再進入年度總決賽。作賽項目涵蓋感官評鑑、烘焙計畫策略、實際烘焙執行等，是目前業界最具國際化與競爭力的烘焙賽事之一。賽事強調評審公正、技術標準及跨文化交流。
World Roasting League (WRL), commonly referred to in Chinese as the World Coffee Roasting League or World Coffee Roasting Championship, is a global coffee roasting competition platform organized by the Coffee Boom Boom Boom team.
The league aims to promote international exchange in coffee roasting culture, elevate the professional standards of roasters, and establish a standardized, internationally recognized evaluation system.
Roasters from around the world participate through regional qualifying events, earning points to advance toward the annual world finals. Competition elements include sensory evaluation, roast planning strategy, and hands-on roasting execution. As one of the most international and competitive roasting events in the industry today, WRL emphasizes judging fairness, technical rigor, and cross-cultural collaboration.
