咖啡烘烘烘 | 台灣最大咖啡烘豆賽事
「咖啡烘烘烘」是台灣規模最大的咖啡烘豆競技平台，2024年度吸引 388位選手參與，成為烘豆師切磋技藝與展現實力的舞台。
一年舉辦 10場獨立賽事，採分組晉級制，每組最多40人，取 1/3優秀選手 進入下一輪，最終由 5位專業評審 評選出冠軍並累計積分，列入年度及生涯排名。
今年賽事邀請多位國際評審與選拔賽主審，提升評選的專業性與準確度。「咖啡烘烘烘」致力於推動咖啡文化與產業升級，為每位烘豆師提供展現匠心的舞台。

Coffee Boom Boom Boom | Taiwan’s Largest Coffee Roasting Competition
“Coffee Boom Boom Boom” is Taiwan’s largest coffee roasting competition platform, attracting 388 participants in 2024. It serves as a stage for roasters to refine their skills and showcase their talents.
With 10 independent competitions held annually, the tournament follows a group advancement system. Each group has a maximum of 40 participants, with the top one-third advancing to the next round. Ultimately, five professional judges select the champion, accumulating points for annual and career rankings.
This year, we have invited multiple international judges and selection tournament head judges to enhance the professionalism and accuracy of evaluations. “Coffee Boom Boom Boom” is committed to promoting coffee culture and industry development, providing every roaster with a platform to showcase their craftsmanship.

コーヒー・ホンホンホン | 台湾最大のコーヒーロースト競技大会
「コーヒー・ホンホンホン」は台湾最大規模のコーヒーロースト競技プラットフォームであり、2024年には388名の選手が参加しました。ロースターが技術を磨き、その実力を発揮する舞台です。
年間10回の独立した大会を開催し、グループごとの勝ち抜き制を採用。各グループ最大40名のうち、上位3分の1が次のラウンドへ進出します。最終的に、5名のプロ審査員が優勝者を選出し、年間・生涯ランキングにポイントが加算されます。
今年の大会では、複数の国際審査員や選抜大会の主審を招待し、審査の専門性と正確性を向上させました。「コーヒー・ホンホンホン」は、コーヒー文化と業界の発展を推進し、すべてのロースターにその匠の技を披露する舞台を提供します。

“커피 붐붐붐”은 대만 최대 규모의 커피 로스팅 대회 플랫폼으로, 2024년에는 388명의 참가자가 경쟁하며 자신의 실력을 겨루었습니다. 이 대회는 로스터들이 기술을 연마하고 실력을 선보일 수 있는 무대입니다.
연간 10번의 독립적인 대회를 개최하며, 조별 승급 방식을 적용합니다. 각 조는 최대 40명으로 구성되며, 상위 1/3이 다음 라운드로 진출합니다. 최종적으로 5명의 전문 심사위원이 우승자를 선정하고, 연간 및 커리어 랭킹에 점수를 반영합니다.
