【2026 第3場｜肯亞 水洗｜成績公告】
本場肯亞水洗豆對選手來說挑戰不小——
低含水率、豆型不均，再加上提早完售，讓容錯空間非常有限。
在資源有限的情況下，如何做出正確判斷與調整，是本場比賽的關鍵。
整體而言，多數選手表現成熟穩定，但「風味在不同時間下仍能維持一致的優秀」，依然是烘豆師長期需要面對的課題。
這不只是在比賽中，更直接影響到實際販售給客人的品質。
本場也觀察到不少選手從初賽一路提升到決賽，甚至越烘越好，能走到最後的選手實屬不易。

【2026 Round 3 | Kenya Washed | Results Announcement】
This Kenya washed lot presented a significant challenge for competitors—
with low moisture content, uneven bean sizes, and early sell-out, leaving very little room for error.
Under such limited resources, the ability to make precise decisions and adjustments became the key factor in this competition.
Overall, most competitors demonstrated solid and mature performance. However, the ability to maintain excellent and consistent flavor over time remains a long-term challenge for every roaster.
This is not only crucial in competition settings, but also directly impacts the quality of coffee delivered to customers.
We also observed many competitors improving steadily from the preliminary rounds to the finals, with some reaching their best performance at the end.
Those who made it to the final stage truly stood out.
